Our home A/C unit stopped working late last night. I called Northern Arizona Heating & Air at around 10 this morning, and they said they could come between 1 pm and 3 pm today. The doorbell rang at about a quarter to 1 and it was the owner, Andy, arriving earlier than scheduled to fix our A/C unit. He took a brief look at the system, identified the likely problem and took the time to show me what was going on with our system. We had a leaky coolant pipe. In just over an hour he had the system diagnosed, repaired, and back in service. Very cool indeed!
